4日、露中外相が北朝鮮のミサイル発射に関する共同コミュニケを発表したとロシアのTASSや中国のGlobal Timesが伝えた。共同コミュニケの英訳を見つけることができていないので、ロシア外務省HPにあるロシア語版をGoogle Translateで英文に訳してみた（ロシア語からは、通常、英文への翻訳の方が高い精度が得られる）。機械翻訳なので翻訳精度の問題はあろうが、ざっと読んだ限りでは、内容が分かるので、その英文を元に訳出しておく。

The Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China are neighbors of the Korean peninsula, the development of the situation in the region affects the national interests of both countries. 1. The parties are seriously concerned about the statement of the DPRK on July 4 this year. 2. The Parties express serious concern about the development of the situation on and around the Korean peninsula. The escalation of military and political tension in this region, fraught with the emergence of an armed conflict, requires the international community to take collective measures to resolve the situation peacefully through dialogue and consultations. The parties oppose any statements and actions that lead to tension and aggravation of contradictions, call upon all the states involved to maintain restraint, to abandon provocative actions and belligerent rhetoric, to demonstrate readiness for dialogue without preconditions, and jointly to make active efforts to defuse tensions.
