朝鮮民主主義人民共和国政府国連代表部（ウィーン）は、宇宙空間に打ち上げれた物体に関する協約第5条に基づき、朝鮮民主主義人民共和国が2016年2月7日打ち上げ地球観測衛星光明星4号に関する情報を謹んで通達する（付録参照）。
The Permanent Mission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to the
United Nations (Vienna) has the honour to transmit, in accordance with article IV of
the Convention on Registration of Objects Launched into Outer Space (General
Assembly resolution 3235 (XXIX), annex), information concerning the satellite
Kwangmyongsong-4, which was launched by the Democratic People’s Republic of
Korea on 7 February 2016 (see annex).
